We’ve seen and heard it all! One of the questions we constantly hear is “What kind of pets have you cared for?”.
I think the question might be easier if they asked what kind of pets we HAVEN’T cared for?
In all our years of service we’ve pet sat for the usual; dogs and cats. We’ve also cared for a lot of the “unusual” pets; including:
- Guinea Pigs
- Tarantulas (NEVER AGAIN!!!)
- Snakes
- Chickens
- Horses
- Koi Ponds
- Chinchillas
- Sugar Gliders
- Hermit Crabs
- Bearded Dragons
- Geckos
- Ferrets
- Gerbils and Hamsters
- Turtles
- Rabbits
- Birds (Parrots, Parakeets, Cockatoos, Love Birds)
- Fish Tanks (both salt water and fresh water)
- Mice and Rats
As you can see, we just never know what we might encounter on an average pet sitting day.
One thing is for sure, this job is never boring!
If you’re looking for someone who’ll go bananas every time they see your dog or cat, knows them so well they notice one hair out of place, speaks their language, knows their favorite treat AND movie and most of all become their second favorite human in the whole world, then you’ve found the right person!
